Here is a snapshot of what you need to know about living in World Tower.
World Tower is a 230m skyscraper located at 91-95 Liverpool Street, Sydney and the tallest residential building in the city. The building is categorised in 3 parts: lowrise, midrise and highrise. Each parts have separate lifts, management and security.
What we love: Location, location, location. The building is smack in the centre of Sydney CBD. You’ve got Coles, health food shops, Priceline and retails shops downstairs. Town Hall train station is just a block away, Hyde Park is about 5 mins walk, Darling Harbour is 10 mins away. You’ve got countless restaurants and food options at your fingertips also!
What we don't: Strata fees are quite expensive, especially for mid and highrise apartments. Apartment vacancy can become a problem also as sometimes many apartments become available at the same time.
