Darling Square is a new neighborhood that’s gradually taking shape in Southern Sydney CBD/Haymarket. The square precinct is located on the site of the former Entertainment Centre.

The location is heaven, located within Sydney CBD’s entertainment district Darling Harbour, the building is in walking distance from the harbor, museums, The Convention Centre, universities, countless restaurants, shops, and public transport stops.

From Sydneysider’s point of view, we very much welcome Darling Square. It’s already revived what seemed a very dark and dingy area into a vibrant and welcoming place.

From a real estate agents point of view not only do we admire the design, the flair, and the top-notch finishing touches – but we also appreciate the square is designed with a real community-feel in mind. Being in CBD it can certainly become very busy and yet remote where there is no sense of community. Residents along with building staff and real estate agents often get invited to information nights and meet and greet in Darling Square.
