A little about our history and who we are:
We are a group of dynamic, young and focused real estate agents competing Sydney’s ambitious property market. Our ultimate aim in real estate is to raise the industry standard by constantly improving and providing outstanding property services. We want to give more to our beautiful City of Sydney by offering a valuable service to the community.
Our company has been built from the ground up, with hard work and determination. We’ve come a long way since 1990 – and although we’re one of the oldest and most established real estate agents on the block, we are also the youngest. Today, the average age at our agency is 26, giving us a competitive edge. What we love about having such a young team is that we’re faster at adapting to advancing technology and we’re always on top of the latest trends, we like to think that we’re breaking down the stereotype of a successful agency.
Over time, we have gained the skills and the reputation of experts in our field, we provide only the best real estate services: Property Marketing, Property Sales, Buyer Management, Rental and Sales Trust Accounting, Leasing Consulting, Property Management and General Admin Assistance. We all have specialised roles and work as a team allowing us to operate very effectively.

It’s no secret that a good company database can sky rocket success. We like to call our database our metro family, it features thousands of buyers, landlords and Sydney property owners from all over the world. The database allows us to communicate with the most serious investors and owners in Sydney. Many of our sale properties get purchased by our database clients before they’re even available to the general public. We are proud to say that our database is a crucial tool and one that has brought us much success.
We are also proud to have many offshore landlords who have successful investments in Sydney. We are entrusted to make decisions on their behalf, managing repairs, disputes, re-letting, maximising returns and minimising vacancy. We know that our landlords come to us because they want their investments to run smoothly, and that is our ultimate goal with every client. We take the stress out of investing so that you can enjoy the benefits of all your hard work, and get back to what you do best.
We specialise in several key areas in Sydney City: Darling Harbour, Barangaroo, Walsh Bay, greater Sydney CBD, Millers Point, Haymarket and Southern CBD (World Square, Regis Towers area). Having specialist areas like this means we get to know specific buildings and areas like the back of our hand.
We also sell and manage properties in Inner Sydney suburbs such as Surry Hills, Redfern, Ultimo, Chippendale, Newtown, Pyrmont and Darlinghurst areas. We love a challenge and will take any property big or small, old or new, under our wing to help you achieve the best possible outcome.
