Presentation

First impressions do count and a few simple techniques influence the overall presentation of your property and can have a positive impact on the selling price.

Our two main tips for presenting your property at its best are:

Clean, clutter free and well maintained
Give the property a good clean, inside and out, to make it appear more attractive. Clear away any clutter that has accumulated in living spaces to show off the spaces better. Just like a used car, a property that appears well-cared for is more valuable than one that looks run down. Additionally, it’s definitely worth getting any small items fixed before open homes.

Decoration: different people, different tastes
Not everyone’s decoration tastes are the same, therefore it’s recommended to assume a more neutral decoration style. Notably, experience tells us that it’s worth the investment to hire a stylist to style your house.

Promotion/Marketing

Our marketing plans aren’t just designed to attract buyers but to attract the one buyer who is willing to pay the extra dollars for your property. Each campaign is always customized specifically to your needs.
